For the first-time guests, we will meet you at the village Co-Op store “Tanasen” and guide you, as our location is difficult to find. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.

by Train

The nearest stations are Sonobe Station (JR Sanin Line / Sagano Line, about 40 minutes from Kyoto Station) or Obama Station (JR Obama Line). It is a 40-minute drive from both stations to inn Miyama. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so that we can pick you up.

by Bus

The nearest bus stop is Shoda, a few minutes` walk away. Take a bus from JR Hiyoshi Station (Kyoto Sanin Main Line). The local bus runs infrequently and need some transfers. If you are interested in coming by bus, please let us know in advance so that we can help you on planning based on your arrival time. If the time of the bus arriving at Shoda does not meet your schedule, we will pick you up at the Izumi, Tsurugaoka, or Miyawaki bus stop.
