Section 5 Prohibition of disclosure of personal information to third parties
1.inn-Miyama will not provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the user unless such disclosure is otherwise permitted under Personal Information Protection Law or any other laws or regulations, provided that the following cases are excluded:

（3）In cases where personal information is used jointly with a specific party, and where such fact, the items of personal information jointly used, the scope of joint use, the purpose of use by such party, and the name of the person responsible for managing the personal information are notified to the relevant user in advance or are made readily available to such user.
Section 6 Disclosure of Personal Information
1.When receive a request for disclosure of personal information from the user, inn-Miyama will disclose the information to such user without delay.However, inn-Miyama may decide not to disclose all or part of the information if disclosure would fall under any of the following cases, and if inn-Miyama decide not to disclose the information, inn-Miyama will notify as such to the relevant user without delay.
（1）If there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the relevant user or any third party
（2）If there is a risk of significant difficulty in the proper conduct of our business
（3）If such disclosure will result in violation of applicable laws or regulations
2.Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in principle, inn-Miyama shall not disclose any information other than personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information.
Section 7 Correction and deletion of personal information
1.If the user’s personal information held by us is incorrect, such user may request us to correct, add, or delete (“Correction, etc.”) his/her personal information in accordance with the procedures specified by us
2.If inn-Miyama receive a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph and deem it necessary to comply with the request, inn-Miyama shall correct, add, or delete the relevant personal information without delay.
3.When inn-Miyama correct, add, or delete based on the preceding paragraph, or when decide not to correct, add or delete, inn-Miyama will notify the user as such without delay.
Section 8 Suspension of use of personal information
1.If a request is made by the individual to suspend the use of personal information or to erase such information on the grounds that the information is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that the information was obtained by wrongful means, inn-Miyama will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
2.If inn-Miyama determine that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation under the preceding paragraph, inn-Miyama will suspend the use of the relevant personal information or to erase such information without delay.
3.In the event of suspension of the use of the personal information or erasing of the personal information pursuant to the preceding paragraph, or the decision is made not to suspend or erase the relevant personal information, inn-Miyama will notify as such to the relevant user without delay.
4.Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension or erase of the relevant personal information would involve significant cost or is otherwise difficult to implement and there is alternative measures to protect the rights and interests of the user, such alternative measures shall be taken.
Section 9 Change of the Privacy Policy
1.The contents of this policy may be changed without notice to the user, except as otherwise provided by laws, regulations or otherwise set out in this policy.
2.Unless otherwise specified, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
